Following the initial audit of December, 2019 and a training on Laboratory Quality Management Systems that took place in 2019 some five ( 5) UPDF healthcare laboratories such as Bombo GMH, Nakasongola, Gulu Military Health centre, Lubongi Tororo, Mbarara Makenke IV were put in a cohort and some other high volume laboratories such as SFC Entebbe, Mubende CRC, Gaddaffi were also added as part of the sites to visit to determine their QMS implementation levels as they work towards accreditation
