LQMS MENTORSHIP TOWARDS ACCREDITATION ON ISO15189:2022

a) This activity will made use of ISO 15189:2022 Medical Laboratories - Requirements for Quality and Competence and SANAS Checklists. b) The facility covered by two mentors for a period of two weeks. Mentorships was accomplished through gap analysis, role assignment to respective mentees, and collaboration with the latter to close identified gaps.An action plan was developed at the end of the assessment and communicated to both the lab team and facility in charge
