SLMTA cohort 5 Exit audits,1. To evaluate the extent to which participating laboratories have implemented quality management systems in line with SLIPTA requirements following the previous three SLMTA trainings and mentorship, including compliance with established standards and procedures using QMS (based on ISO 15189:2022 standard) using the WHO AFRO SLIPTA Checklist.
