For efficiency and effectiveness, this option requires  establishment of a reliable internet access and running of an online National EQA data management portal with an option of data entry at source and other testing level. Relaying EQA test results to and from the testing sites includes direct online data entry into the National data portal (QA dashboard), e-mailing among others.

In any cases online reporting via the National QA data portal will be possible through emails sent to the facilities registered for a particular QA programme (i.e EQA for TB PT, HIV-PT, EID-PT, HBV-PT Serum crag-PT, Gram-PT among others). In this instance, copies of completed forms should be appropriately kept onsite for further reference. All this is applicable to all EQA approaches and schemes under the National programme.
